Joe Hart :haha: an awful keeper. And the back-up is Green .

Both Djourou's goals imo; he confused Hart well.

Wilshere should get the credit for the pel, as he won the ball and and drove forward like he actually gave a damn.

Parker has been absolutely awful; given the ball away about fifty times. Making Barry seem good.

You can't really criticise the front three if they're getting no service.

The good thing is Capello unlike some of his predecessors have tried to break the icons in English football. Most successful national team managers in the past have had a good mix of youth and experience, talent and industry. If the fans and press stop playing Abrahamovic, he might actually come up with a semblance of a team.
England in first half looked confused particularly all three in midfield trying their best not to try and interfere with the other. The best thing that happened to england was for Lampard coming off, that took the shackles off parker who started playing his game and gave england a great outlet and attacking threat in Young. I would love to see England player 4-4-2 with young on the left , parker and jack in the middle and Zamora and Rooney up front.

Arsenal had 3 current players of whom DJ was abject, Theo was decent and Jack showed glimpses of brilliance before tiring in the second half. Of the past players Senderos looked good as did hole before he went off.
Of the players we were/are linked to -Baines looked really good. Parker unlike many here looked good to me particularly after Lumps went off. He might not be world class but his Industry and box to box play is required for England and for Arsenal. If you took away Industry and fight from Manure, they wouldn't have won the league this season. As for Inler-couldn't really make out there were at least 2 players who looked like him.
To conclude the 2 players who stood out for me were young and Baines

Jamie Carragher has admitted there is a fear factor playing for England.

"One mistake and you could be absolutely slaughtered," the Liverpool defender told BBC Radio 5 live.

"At your club, you know you will not be criticised as much and perhaps three days later there will be another game.

"With England, it could be months before you have another fixture. There is a fear at times when playing for England."

Carragher, speaking a year after England's elimination from the World Cup, said players sometimes buckled under the media scrutiny.

"The intensity of the press does get to the players," said the 33-year-old. "Sometimes I think players would prefer the press guy to think they had played well, rather than the manager."

England were knocked out of the World Cup in South Africa by Germany, beaten 4-1 in the second round.

Carragher played in the group games against the United States and Algeria after coming out of international retirement but was on the bench for the defeat by the Germans.

In a BBC Radio 5 live documentary, to be broadcast on Tuesday at 1930 BST, Carragher appeared to criticise England's set-up in South Africa, arguing that players were bored.

"You stay in a hotel all day but you are at a World Cup for a long time and should be able to experience different things," he said.

Continue reading the main story (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/13929349.stm#skip_feature_02)
I spoke to a few England players who said they were sat in their rooms waiting for the day to pass
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp

"I wouldn't want players holed up. Take away the boredom, embrace the country we are in more. You never see anything."

Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp echoed Carragher's sentiments.

"I spoke to a few players who said they were sat in their rooms waiting for the day to pass," said the Spurs boss. "Some said they were bored out of their brains."

Redknapp also argued that many Premier League footballers now prioritise club football over representing their country.

"The rewards, the money that is involved in club football and the desire to play in the Champions League - it seems the international game is almost taking second stage," he said. "Players are loved by their clubs but not always when they play for their country."

England won only one of their four games in South Africa, recording a 1-0 victory over Slovenia in their final Group C match, and were widely criticised for their poor performances.

Coach Fabio Capello remains in charge and has started to place more faith in youngsters like Jack Wilshere and Adam Johnson.

Former German international and coach Franz Beckenbauer believes Capello should place more trust in his younger players.

"I like Fabio but maybe he still holds on to older players," said Beckenbauer, who won the World Cup as a player and as a coach.

"Maybe he should be brave and bring on more youngsters. England always has a lot of youngsters."

ENGLAND have climbed to FOURTH in FIFA's latest world rankings — despite their woeful showing at the World Cup.
Incredibly, Fabio Capello's team have moved above Brazil and Argentina, even though they only reached the first knockout stage in last summer's showpiece tournament.
The last time England were as high as fourth was in 1997, when they moved up as a result of a decent performance as hosts of Euro 96.
Spain continue to top the charts ahead of Holland — the team they beat in the World Cup final
Germany have moved up a place to third, while England's points total of 1,146 puts them 16 ahead of fifth-placed Brazil.
Italy, Portugal and Croatia are next in the list. Mexico have moved up 19 places to claim a place in the top 10, ahead of Argentina.
The Republic of Ireland have won their last two Euro 2012 qualifiers and that form has helped Giovanni Trapattoni's team climb three places to 31 in the standings..
Scotland and Northern Ireland are also on the up.
The Scots are now 61st as a result of a five-place leap with Nigel Worthington's side - one of the countries they moved above - one place behind them in 62nd.
But Wales' failure to pick up a single point in their four Euro 2012 qualifiers to date means they remain 114th in the rankings, level with the Faroe Islands.
