MUsic Zilla/FLV files

Ok so Rkane told me about this musiczilla thingy where i am supposed to be able to download music from youtube, then split the file into music and video so i can then get the music file into my itunes

Well i got music zilla and have downloaded some FLV files now what the funk do i do??? It wont let me do anything :(
