Liverpool usually look good for the big games but let's see where they are after a bunch of second and third tier teams have turned up. Not convinced they have enough in midfield or attack and if they can maintain their tempo after xmas. They've flattered to deceive too many times for me to invest any faith in them yet.

He's fast and lacks a brain, so on the odd occasion where defenders stand off him and he runs straight past a couple, he looks like a world beater. But he's mostly clueless. His goal today epitomised his game - open goal, easiest thing to do and he made it look like the hardest thing in the world.
