Spuds 0-0 Boro at HT.

Kane missed a sitter then had a goal ruled out for offside.

Valdes gave Alli a few slaps. Which BT obviously kept going on about so as to assure the evil Spaniard gets a suspension for harming the lovely little tyke.

So if the gypos win tomorrow we are in 4th?

Get IN!

I'm not sure any sane Arsenal fan cares anymore whether we finish in the top 4 or not.

Te group stages are boring
The knockouts are pointless since we always fail at the first hurdle
The money and prestige hasn't done/gotten us anything special
The manager has failed to win it in 20 attempts.

Really and truly, we don't belong in the champions league and have no chance of winning it under the current management.

Dude, we've been Top 4 champions for the last 255 years. Do you really want that to slip away?

the way i look at it is, we might as well play in the champions league because wenger will still be here next season regardless

2-1 Jesus.

Niall_Quinn
05-02-2017, 03:20 PM
Damn these officials are one sided dickheads. You see the exact same thing happen twice but one's a foul and the other is play on. This time the gypos get the winning goal as a direct result. Well done ref.

2-1 gypos.

Some might say that bringing in new players at key moments can impact a season. Or that shipping off dross like Nasri rather than persisting with him can have a positive impact. Some might say that but one of those who doesn't is Wenger.

No card for Pogba of course. About 3 fouls in a row there, one of them similar to Drinkwater's booking. But different rules for Utd. Which of course we've known for a long time.

Niall_Quinn
05-02-2017, 04:19 PM
No booking for Rojo. Had no intention of playing the ball there. A classic foul and a simple decision for the ref. Which he made. It's Utd, so no card.

Niall_Quinn
05-02-2017, 04:22 PM
WTF? Musa dives about 5 minutes before the challenge arrives. He had every opportunity to go for goal then. What a joke,

Niall_Quinn
05-02-2017, 04:23 PM
Terrible miss by Rashford. Admittedly that would have been a good goal.

Niall_Quinn
05-02-2017, 04:24 PM
I wonder if these "top" managers are a plus or a minus for players like Rashford? The kid looked natural and ambitious on the ball when he first broke into the team. Now he's playing like all the other robots.

Niall_Quinn
05-02-2017, 04:29 PM
How on earth is that not a red for Mata?

Good grief.

Imagine if it had been Xhaka?

Neville thinks that because Mata doesn't normally make challenges like that then it's fine.

Master Splinter
05-02-2017, 04:29 PM
Xhaka given an additional 9-game suspension.

McNamara That Ghost...
05-02-2017, 04:30 PM
It was borderline says Hawthorne and Neville. :haha:

Niall_Quinn
05-02-2017, 04:31 PM
Xhaka given an additional 9-game suspension.

I think the difference was that Xhaka went in studs up and out of control and could have seriously injured the player (had he touched him) whereas Mata went in studs up out of control and could have seriously injured the player because he did touch him.

Niall_Quinn
05-02-2017, 04:32 PM
It was borderline says Hawthorne and Neville. :haha:

I assumed they were talking about whether Mata should be arrested or not.

Niall_Quinn
05-02-2017, 04:33 PM
Mata to score now I suppose. That's usually how this works.

Niall_Quinn
05-02-2017, 04:42 PM
Dived in says Neville, didn't get the ball. At least he didn't go as far as to suggest Xhaka should be jailed.

Oh Schmeichal you shit. What sort of effort was that?

0-1 to the cunts.

Great management by Mourinho to sideline one of his most talented players for most of the season and then slowly bed him in when it's too late.

Also, Leicester .

Niall_Quinn
05-02-2017, 04:45 PM
Leicester really lightweight in the middle. Okazaki dropping back to help has made it worse.

Niall_Quinn
05-02-2017, 04:49 PM
HT 0-2

Mata should have been off but the ref refused to apply the rules. So we've embarked down a different track that sees Utd in control rather than struggling with 10 men.

Niall_Quinn
05-02-2017, 04:56 PM
Sky doing a bit of diving in themselves, just making sure everyone knows it wasn't a red for Mata. Well that's that tidied up. For a while there I thought it was one of the clearest reds you'll see all season.

Niall_Quinn
05-02-2017, 05:07 PM
The cunt who should have been sent off has scored the 3rd.

Inevitably.

Leicester :haha:. The ultimate humiliation.

Niall_Quinn

Red for Valencia there. Foot high was yellow. Going again with the studs, straight red. No card at all seems to be the outcome.

Niall_Quinn
05-02-2017, 05:46 PM
Vardy raises his arm slightly. Just raises it a touch. Free kick, foul on DeGea. Alonso forearms smashes Bellerin. Play on. Goal. Had his eyes on the ball.
