Miserable bastards. Although I do find it slightly odd that this is the one day when it's okay to encourage your kids to go and ask strangers for sweets.

We tend not to get any round my way but still, I don't like it :(

Might be going to watch Paranormal Activity 3 if I can be bothered when I get out of work.

Otherwise just a normal dull Monday in front of the TV and GW.

While its nice for the kids I hate the way the shops try and force it on us as a "great time" its almost as shamelessly forced as Valentines day.

Well our street was buzzing with kids in costumes running up and down and people actually smiling. Makes a change from the skulking, hoodie gypos than normally patrol the place. I'll take Americanisation in some quarters if it means we get rid of British diseases. In fact it only turned a bit sour when a bunch of "yoofs" turned up at the door, were presented with a bowl of sweets and emptied it. Fortunately all the decent human children had already called so nobody lost out. The vermin "yoof" the disappeared back into the night, probably in search of a sewer to gulp down their Special Brew. But for a few hours earlier the cunts didn't own the streets. It was a nice change.

Some of us were allowed to stay provided we agreed to go through the bins and report back. Fine for me, I go through the bins anyway so no big deal.

American shit is about right but don't mind the kids having a bit of fun to be fair.

I never thought I'd find myself in devil horns teaching the time warp to a load of kids in the local community centre though - (mainly teenage boys)

I never even knew I know the time warp moves!
