Some guy on Twitter called Liam Stacey is trending. He's tweeted some disgusting comments regarding Muamba, comments not worth repeating.

He's responded to the criticism saying his account was hacked. Uhuh.

police now involved i think, well loads of people have passed on his comments to police including stan colleymore. if you are going to tweet vile racist abuse, stand by it, dont tweet it and then claim hacking. some people just need to be put down

edit: he tweeted about adibal too, he knew what he was doing

If it's something like HCM, a common cause of sudden cardiac death then being an active sportsman may have put increased strain on his heart leading to his collapse. Is there a cardiac screening operation in place for footballers - would it be part of a club's medicals?

Best wishes to Fabrice.

I think, ever since Foe's death it has been common practice but like anything, it's not foolproof. Alan Shearer, Robbie Savage and Dion Dublin were all saying how on top physios and medical staff are, on the players.

GOALChelsea 3-0 Leicester - Fernando Torres (67 mins)
No, this is not a typo. After a wait of almost five months (or 1,541 minutes), Fernando Torres has scored for Chelsea. He gets on the end of a Raul Meireles pass and scuffs his finish past Kasper Schmeichel and into the bottom corner of the net. Not one of his best goals, but he won't care one bit. The frenzy over a supposed Chelsea rejuvenation is reaching fever pitch.

It seems to gloss over the fact that two wins were over Championship clubs, one was a narrow win over 10-man Stoke and all except one match were at home.

Forget that though, The Old Boys were harshly treated, AVB was arrogant and shamefully well-spoken, Di Matteo is a great motivator and Torres is officially back for the thirtieth time.

They haven't actually pulled out of the FA Cup rematch yet AFAIK so all this talk is premature. I think it's quite good of Villa to accept their game with Bolton to be re-arranged. There is no fixed amount of time that could be needed. Sagna's father died and he played on the same day/day after, didn't he? I also don't think it should be left in Bolton's hands when games should be played and nor would they expect it to. Bolton, as a club, feel these issues are secondary and I'm sure they are more than prepared to accept the consequences.

Don't think it's fair for people to say to others to just "get over it". There's no set amount of time for something like that.

Personally though I think it would be more fitting to play and try to win it rather than give it up, otherwise it would just become a millstone around their necks. It was something suggested for us after Hillsborough, but it was agreed that it would be better to get out on the pitch.
