They do but to be fair sometimes it's hard to get the ball forward when Ramsey switches to his striker role (otherwise known as the idiot mode). The only midfielder they can pass to is Xhaka with a man on him, and you can't blame anyone for having second thoughts before going for that option.

If only we had a midfield.
