Interviews like this are why in my mind starmer wont in.
This tory government is a shambles and in the midst of a fuel shortage crisis (separate point but i think problem is mostly idiots panic buying as fuel sales were up 180% compared to usual) and labour conference is one week where starmer will get news headlines.
So he goes on that and some stupid rule changes to labour elections which he then bottles.
He looks weak, flip flops between ideas and doesnt seem to stand for anything.
This is a test. If the majority still believes politics is real after the last few years the establishment will know literally anything is possible.
