Emery's last stand?
:rose:
0-3
And why does this game have to be on TV, just when everyone will be watching in the pub - it's going to be so embarrassing
Ceballos ruled out.
With Pepe and Tierney playing in mid week, they will probably be benched for this.
I can see Emery playing 532 formation with Bellerin and Kolasinac our wide.
Either way this is a certified loss, 2-1 or 4-1.
Hard to make case for us winning but hopefully these losers can get it together for one game at least.
I do wonder if a bad defeat may push Emery out the door though...
I don't think we'll get thumped but I see zero chance of a win for us here.
How depressing. Leicester away and none of us (apart from GP) think we'll get anything :(
To be honest it could be any away game and it'd be touch and go as to whether we'll get a result.
Guaranteed loss, nothing is more certain.
No chance of even a draw, unless Arsenal score 3 or maybe 4 goals.
Expecting a defeat here, we're absolutely clueless at the back and short of ideas in midfield. Emery must be the only defensive manager whose side are incapable of defending. Wouldn't surprise me if he picks an odd lineup as well, with players who just shouldn't play like Kolasinac.
The positive for this game is that Emery should have to play our best midfield due to Ceballos being out and Xhaka being finished with the club, obviously it's not through choice though.
It's quite sad that we're watching on and expect Leicester to win, but then they have won the title more recently then us, seems the hierarchy are happy with us being 2nd rate nowadays.
I think if we can score first... we might get a draw.
All Emery will think about are Leicester's strenghts and he will treat the game like the Wolves one. Draw possible but unlikely. Worst of it is I'm a bit past caring.
I have a weird feeling that we are going to win this
1-3 to us
The final nail in his coffin.
3-0 Vardy hattrick
A defeat is a certainty. 4-1
Xhaka starts
Leicester: Schmeichel, Pereira, Soyuncu, Evans, Chilwell, Ndidi, Tielemans, Barnes, Perez, Maddison, Vardy.
Subs: Ward, Justin, Morgan, Gray, Albrighton, Choudhury, Praet.
Arsenal: Leno, Chambers, David Luiz, Holding, Bellerin, Guendouzi, Torreira, Kolasinac, Ozil, Aubameyang, Lacazette.
Subs: Martinez, Sokratis, Tierney, Willock, Saka, Pepe, Martinelli.
Attack I can live with but what is going on with the fullbacks according to the Arsenal.com line up?
Three?
:haha:
It has to be 3-5-2 I would think.
Tony Adams pitchside with Redknapp.
Chucking it down midweek, chucking it down tonight.
Emery has his own personal raincloud currently.
Kola in for Tierney - that should work :sarcy:
One of our most potent sources of chances left on the bench
Come on Arsenal.
The floor is our best 11

"Fucking no chance" says Vardy.
Schmeichel boots it out of play for some reason.
Are we ready for a battering ?
If I thought Arsenal could suddenly improve and move into the top 4, I'd hope for a win but there is no chance of improvement.
I want at least 0-3 to get the message to the idiots at Arsenal, and a new manager after the international break.
Maddison taps it easily for Leno.
Offside but an ok move.
Leno comes out to head it away from Vardy.
"Champions of England you'll never sing that"
Hmm...
Idiotic from Guendouzi.
Relatively composed 8 minutes, then comes the mental disintegration.
