Brexit has killed 2 Prime Ministers. It will kill a 3rd as well.
It's a pointless exercise.

People wanted May our without much thought given as to ‘what’ replaces her. At least she didn’t want to go out without a deal.
For all the laughing we do about Trump, we’re about to get our very own.
People can only vote for the options they’re given ultimately. Just as many lies and promises are pumped out every election and they are never truly held to account for it. As usual, it’s the politicians who have put us in this situation and, as usual, none of the fuckwits have a clue how to get out of it either.
The way out is simple. Have a new referendum. No politician will dare to go against a clear mandate either to stay or leave. But politicians are afraid of what will come out of it.
A general election with a second referendum. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
A referendum isn’t going to happen. Looking at the support Farage is getting at the moment shows the only way forward is out. It’s only about how we leave now. People who wanted to stay haven’t galvanised themselves enough to put forward a convincing enough case for a new referendum. The campaign needed to be far more forceful and aggressive than it has been, as it’s the only way to grab people’s attention. When you’re relying on pricks like Ed Miliband to sell it you should know you’re fucked.
Brexit has fucked over the Tories and showed Labour to be equally as inept. Lib Dems think they have the answer and they don’t. This is all the result of 60-70 years of post-war voting that has gradually led to people becoming utterly disillusioned with what they are hearing from Westminster. Anyone that comes to power gets there by manipulating people’s fears to offer a solution people believe is real - except it never is. At the moment, no one can convincingly do that, except perhaps Farage.
The country is inexorably going towards a new general election. Its the only solution unless the new Tory leader finds a magic elixir for getting Brexit done. Saying a new referendum cant be done is simply accepting the bluff of people who fear a different result. It should be codified in law that whenever politicians cant reach a decision, the people should give an answer
