Standard MO for the EU. If you don't get the answer you want, keep asking.
What does this have to do with the EU? It must be our government who has decided to give parliament a vote on the deal. And why shouldn't they?
No deal was outlined before the referendum, why shouldn't parliament get a vote on the deal when it has been agreed?
It has everything to do with the EU, obviously.
But now I think about it a bit more, it sort of makes sense. The rate of collapse is accelerating and the notion Brexit might somehow be reversed or modified out of existence could help calm the situation and extend the life of this crony monstrosity.
As for parliament, it's coy to suggest innocent intentions, a Tory sort of thing to do rather than Christian. So we don't really need to go into that do we? A final chance for all the pigs to negotiate themselves a berth at the trough and effectively eliminate the intent behind the people's will? Yes, I know. It will be passed off as procedural. But even you won't believe that.
