Absolutely. Unfortunately if your body make up means you store fats, then to stay in shape you have to watch what you eat and get the right amount AND type of exercise. Is it fair? Nope. Whilst it may be a struggle to maintain a healthier regime, if you select the wrong diet or training method for your body, you’ll fail.
