Nonsense response really
We're not on facebook, we're reading a thread on goonersweb. The guy is posting snippets of the daily blog and putting 'More on the blog' at the end. Would be nice if there was a link at that point, so I don't have to go anywhere else to read more.
Since he's taking the time to do this every day and is most likely already viewing the page from which he's taking the snippet from, he may as well link!

It is simple baffling that you would bother to do this (seemingly for the benefit of forum users) and then stubbornly refuse to listen to a (really basic, obvious, simple, easy) suggestion that would make it better?

Read any other website, blog or forum that posts snippets from articles. There is a link at the end. It's basic stuff really.

much of what's about this morning stems from Ivan Gazidis and his meeting with some of the AST <http://arsenaltrust.org/> membership last night. He came along, answered the questions, said all the right things and none of it was in any way earth-shattering or unexpected.

, which I think we already knew. What was interesting was when pressed on what might precipitate a change of manager and to whom Arsene was accountable, he said:
Arsene is ultimately accountable to the fans - they ultimately make judgment. If you are seeing the relationship between the fans and the manager break down over time that is unsustainable. But I don't think we are anywhere near that.
I know fans are important, and some fans certainly like to feel important, but to me the manager should be accountable first and foremost to the board, to those who run the club. It just strikes me as odd that the board will gauge fan reaction to make a decision about the most important footballing position at the club.
It's clear there are those who feel Arsene has taken the club as far as he can and that a change is overdue. There are others who believe he should be given more time. So where is the tipping point at which the board will decide one point of view is most widely held and therefore most relevant? Does it suggest that there's a lack of footballing expertise in the current set-up?
