They say the first offer was £10m plus Jonjo paaji on loan - rejected. But they continue to talk. Swansea sound miffed at Rodgers reneging on the agreement not to sign anyone from there within a year. I can't remember which of the Swansea midgets this guy was...I guess it was him, Britton and Dyer. I'm assuming he isn't a hollywood hero, which is good. That kind of investment for a one season mid-table midget is significant though.
There was a stat doing the rounds last season that he had one of the highest passing completion percentages in Europe.
