November is just a pointless month whose only purpose is to make you wait longer until Christmas, all while getting more and more miserable as it progresses.
Although...we did get our first Christmas Card yesterday.

Yes. It's also the reason why St George's Day shouldn't be a Bank Holiday. What with Easter and the ones in May we've got enough of holidays round that time of year, after August you're on your own till Christmas. Need another one in that gap.
Do we not have fewer public holidays than any country in Europe?
