Well it's not funny for the victim, but it's just surreal if it's true. Cold case apparently so all the time he sat on a panel reeling off his trivial knowledge he'd taken another persons life....why is that funny?

I didn't think you got to choose in that situation? Isn't it something about having to claim asylum in the first country you land in or is that something else?
