Totally agree, I think he should get his chance in midfield, think he'll be decent there, like you I rate him over Xhaka, we're not exactly heavily stocked in CM, we have Torreira, Guendouzi, Ceballos and then Guendouzi and Willock and of course the liability Xhaka.
Agree with playing AMN in midfield.. I rate him over Xhaka any day, and think he might be better than Guen-sidewayspassing-dozi as well.
Willock is young so will take a while to play regularly, Ceballos is only here for one season (he wants to go back to Real) and Xhaka is substandard. So in truth we only have Torreira and Guendouzi as mainstays.
Yes that's also good, but all I was saying is his 22 goals are perhaps a little misleading, he may not be a prolific goalscorer for us, but he's got a lot of other attributes even if he isn't and it's great to finally have a winger again.

are we literally gambling all our budget over the next 5 years on our signings. If we don't get CL next season we cant sign anyone ever again. Well until Ozil and Mukhi and Mustafi and Xhaka eventually leave on free transfers.
