£125 is too much. I've seen huge bands and never paid more than £50. £125 is a fucking festival price. Muse can suck my balls. Too good to play OOS now, too big to do anything other than charge rip-off amounts and not engage with fans properly.

I should clarify that that was for two tickets, before booking fees etc. So £60-odd.

But still. It's too much to see just lights and shit sound, whilst being told to sit down, spilling my £6.50 watery carlsberg over a 12 year old.

I paid £25 to see them back in 2004 at Earl's Court. That gig was mega-awesome. Supported by Soulwax and The Zutons. They had the descending giant balloon things and I think Matt was wearing his red suit, but it still felt like a real grungey gig.

FWIW I really like the O2. Acoustics are great and I've always enjoyed gigs there.
The upper tier is HIGH though and you are a long way away.
