In other news, all that forelock tugging finally paid off.
I got tickets in the ballot for the Coronation Concert!
Although...the lineup does look a bit shit.
But I think it'll be a bit exciting being there.

Except no, I'm not going to the Coronation Concert. Apparently I didn't get tickets in the first ballot, it was some supplementary ballot and first come first served.
The email really wasn't that sodding clear, it said I had till Thursday lunchtime to claim the tickets. Then in small writing it said it was first come, first served but that wasn't at all clear.

If there was a concert with that lineup then tbh I wouldn’t be buying tickets.
But it’s the principle of how shitty the messaging was.
The first email said “congratulations”, said I’d been successful in the ballot.
Now to be fair I didn’t read the next bit where it said this was supplementary ballot which was first come, first served. But the messaging in the first paragraph and email subject made it sound like all I had to do was claim the tickets. Under the link where you did that it said I had till Thursday lunchtime. So…
