My personal feeling is a) I think either way it doesn’t look great given how Starmer has taken the pious high road with Johnson b) it is worse for Johnson because he made the rules c) I don’t think Starmer will be fined d) even if he is, as I say won’t be the worst thing in the world for Labour if he does go
