And talking of the NHS, if you want save lives then have ambulances arrive on time. Unblock the roads that prevent ambulances getting there on time. Stop migrants flooding the country so taxpayers can get NHS treatment in good time. Provide proper dentistry to poor people. Provide timely health services to people who have paid taxes all their lives. And THEN you can talk about the TINY fraction of people who suffer from the ever improving air quality (unless they travel on the tube).

I'll give you the cuddly version. The Pakistani is Muslim - therefore incompatible with Britain. The Pakistani has transformed large segments of the capital city of Britain into something that is not at all British but decidedly foreign, and he boasts about it. A large segment of "Londoners" (yeah right) don't even refer to themselves as British. Not surprising in many cases given the number of illegals pouring in, but shameful for anyone who has lived here for more than one generation (often with their hand stuck out the whole time) yet refuses to adapt to the culture (or what remains of it) or even learn the language. This should be as intolerable here as it would be in Pakistan. But people like the Pakistani promote these alien cultures over the native one. This is why I refer to him as the Pakistani, because he's as far from British as you can be.
