This government really has nothing. No record to run on. Nothing that it’s done in the 14 years it’s been in power that it can point to and say “look what we’ve done for the country”. Even if you supported Brexit, the government of the day didn’t it just implemented the “will of the people” after playing silly buggers for three years

I think it’s just a shame that there isn’t a positive alternative that people can get optimistic about. People are so tribal and polarised that there isn’t a unified opinion of what that might be.
