Didn’t really say anything we didn’t already know.

Chris Whitty clearly wants to call these journalists thick bastards.
Tbf I can’t blame him
I really don't want things to go back to normal
I really came to like the table service in pubs, not having a gabillion people in shops and the lack of "pressure" of having to.... do things.
Two things haven’t been very clear in Boris announcement yesterday.
First is going back to work. I see the work at home if you can is in place in the first few levels but didn’t see when it changed so assume June? Although perhaps some offices might open up like in august/September with people going in one day a week.
Second is when he says all legal restrictions end in June, does that include self isolation & test & trace etc?
It really is crazy to think what is going on back home, how excited you are to possibly be "allowed" to sit on a park bench with a friend in a month, meanwhile life here goes on as seemingly normal. I'm not trying to brag or make you feel shit just think with some perspective, is any of this really necessary? And even if it is who is the government to tell you who you can and cannot have in your home, who you can and cannot meet in public, recommendations yes but laws? Get fukd.
I'm actually fed up with socializing now and am having a couple of quiet nights in.
