I would like to see us at the Man Utd level. A net spend of 20-30 million pounds is reasonable when you think about the ticket prices, Arsenals fan following, TV money and CL money. Sure, we cannot compete all the time with the 50-60 million quid transfers but we should be one of the names when it comes to 20-30 million quid range. Players like Costa, Higuain, Dzeko, Draxler etc come in that range.

Won't happen. That would require a completely different culture and manager to instigate that culture.
