Arsenal have released two of their players that were thought to be rich talents and expected to become stars of the future.
Tom Cruise has often been called the Top Gun after his illustrious namesake, and Mark Randall is another that was expected to break into the Arsenal first team but always seemed to fall short when it came to the crunch.
In fact Mark Randall biggest claim to fame was that he had a girlfriend called Holly Jay, a gorgeous model that appeared in Zoo Magazine.
Perhaps both of them were too much of the playboy type to knuckle down to Arsene Wengers training methods, but the fact is that Wenger is having a serious cull of the players that just aren’t good enough to play for the Gunners.
Perhaps these two will be the first of many?

@DarrenArsenal1: Wow. Arsenal's Youth team keeper Emiliano Martinez called up to Argentina squad for their friendlies.
Hes highly thought of by Wenger

Seems it was risky business for Wenger to keep Cruise. He was far and away from becoming a legend, but with some firm coaching he could have been a top gun.

It was never going to happen for him here, mission impossible IMO.

Apparently he kept shouting "show me the money" during contract negotiations and Wenger got pissed off

The Tom Cruise puns are the main reason I'm upset he left tbh.

Well, we've still got a few good men left in the youth system.

Its a shame, he was making All the Right Moves to make it at the club, and was set to be a Legend, but then rather than becoming Top Gun, he started Losin' it, and he never saw the real Color of Money. Now we're going to be left with just A few Good Men.
