WUMing from an account created for the sole purpose of WUMing is no surprise though.

The gw royalty gang has assembled have they?

And they they are going preach from their moral high ground.

Then again this convo has been had before. But carry on

Edit: there used to be fits of laughter on this board from the very same folks when chelsea announced some years back that the were looking to break even.

Some or most were looking forward to clubs like chelsea imploding -- but as it turns out, they are here to stay.

Now that clubs like chelsea - whom we all want to play within socalled financial rules - are showing signs ot doing just that, i see the halfbaked moral sentiments still persist and wont go away.

I can understand if this discourse was with a non-football fan; then i could comprehend their moral outrage.

    Hypocrites, much?

I'll take the imploding bit - and unfortunately that hasn't happened. But applauding how new money has become legitimised is a bit shit.
Putting the laughter back into manslaughter

This reminds me of 1984 when Frankie Goes to Hollywood were No. 1 and 2 in the charts.

I would regularly get drunk on lukewarm cider in a cold field.

    Good times.

But in football, which used to be a sport - maybe you're too young to remember that, it stinks.
