Any club would have to put £50 million, Liverpool don't want to sell, certainly won't want to sell to an English club and even if he kicks up a fuss it would take ages to settle it.
Also the article is from the Mirror and "they understand" can usually be translated as this is BS from that paper, rarely do they ever write anything credible.
