WiFi is free, doesn't eat into the allowance and there are plenty of hotspots available now. Certainly beats reading copies of magazines from 2007 in the doctor's waiting room. In fact there's an app to diagnose your illness which saves you going in the first place. Plus the iPhone is pretty rugged so you can use it to bash your teeth out which saves on trips to the dentist too. You can't do that with a Blackberry.

Not much difference between the 4 and 4S, the latter has higher quality video, a new operating system by default (which you can update for free anyway) and voice control (which I bet doesn't work anyway). 4S a bit pointless unless you are into serious video.
