Sehwag's got a test batting average of 50, you can't say he's shit.
All fat jokes aside, agreed. He's played some brilliant innings, maybe the only one who could score multiple doubles and triples at more than a run a ball. Today he deserves his dues because most openers would have been content to play themselves in to cash in later, but he scored from the off. He's just annoying. Yeah I've seen him throw his wicket away a lot, the thing is he could have an even higher average if he could could curb his natural instincts once in a while.
You need a different skillset to succeed in England, New Zealand, South Africa etc which he doesn't have. That's leveled out his average. Overall I'd still have him in an XI of the last ten years for his unique exploits.
