Is it true Diaby is on 70K a week & Modric is only on 35?

Sorry if this has come up elsewhere, I couldn't see it. But I heard someone on the radio today saying this.

Staggering in two parts: One that you could get two Modric's for him, but more so,

£70'000 a week for a bloke who only plays 10 games a year, every year and is shit in half of those. That's 3 & 1/2 million quid a year. I'm surprised he was able to bargain that deal in the first place, but the value for money since has been abysmal - out for 2 weeks in November with cramp.

Modric signed a new deal not long ago. £60k per week IIRC.

Still a bargain compared to what our dross get paid.
