Four points is the gap. Realistically Barca have to win although a draw would technically give Barcelona an advantage but they'd still need to win all the games and hope Real Madrid drop points twice.
Apart from David Villa and possibly playing Cesc I think both sides are at full-strength.

I wouldn't give Real Madrid much of a chance here. Barca will play them off the park. 3-1 and with that, Barcelona will go on to win the league.
