I just watched Slaughterhouse-5. Not really the sort of film you can easily explain or get people to care about unless they're already familiar with it, or the book. I first read it about a decade ago, and only just came across the film.

Author Kurt Vonnegut said of the film version that "I drool and cackle every time I watch that film, because it is so harmonious with what I felt when I wrote the book."

Worth a watch, for sure.

That is interesting because I read Slaughterhouse 5 many years ago and if Vonnegut says the film works then I will have to see it. I didn't realise there was a film too!

Great trilogy and having watched the behind the scenes features on Trinity, there are hopes of a 4th Blade film

Watched the new Jack Sparrow and X-men first class. Cant wait to see the new Transformers and the second part of Deadly Hallow.

saw the new pirates of the Caribbean, loved it. story line is a bit iffy but then i watch it more cos i love the characters then the stories. johnny depp is brilliant in it
