It's also very long as well and I just lost interest mid-way through.

I can understand why it could be boring, but I found it facinating, and very real. Strange film, just like the quirkyness of it.

The Grey:

Very enjoyable survival horror/man versus wolf thriller. The man v wolf action is actually quite restrained. The intense atmosphere and the struggle to survive a freezing hell makes it much more than the dumb action film the promotion made it out to be. Wolves are definitely awesome though .

The Artist:
A great-looking and sounding piece of fluff. There's nothing to it beyond that. As an average mod once said: It Doesn't Deserve The Hype™. Enjoyable enough, but too light to be considered anything approaching a classic.

Chronicle:
A pleasant surprise really. The tricks it uses have been seen before, but it has enough of it's own ideas to make it unique. The plot loses steam and becomes predictable eventually, but it's executed impressively for what is a low-budget film. And better than most of the big-name superhero movies in recent years too.

A Prophet:
Superb film. And most likely the best gangster prison mafia crime drama ever.

Visually astounding as well, for anyone who's head isn't shoved up their own arse and can pick out the famous images from the film its quite amazing the way they worked them in.

Watched Captain America which was about as crap as i expected and watched Cowboys Vs Aliens which i loved and Attack the block which was really good as well "ya get me"
