I was wondering where to post this and then saw this little big apt thread.

Why does pretty much everybody Pronounce Elneny's name El-nenay??? Given how it is spelt why wouldn't it be El-nenee?

- when you wake up and it's -4 and the heating in your place doesn't seem to be working

- when your landlord decides to touch up areas of your place and sends decorators in without telling you

- when people at work email you queries about procedure that's been in place and standard for over three years

- sending you emails asking you to call them, if you haven't explained yourself well enough by email a phone call isn't going to help you.

- people who send you emails with the subject line in Upper case in the mistaken belief that, this is going to get their enquiry dealt with any quicker.

Equally i hate crossing the road when the car stops to let you cross and instantly starts revving up as if you are testing their patience and they are merely allowing you to live.
