Annoying as fuck, I'm training for a half-marathon in 6 weeks. Worst possible time.
Someone in my office did a marathon, they tell you never to actually run the full distance as part of your training

I ached for days just walking 15 miles.

    Yeah and the parachute thing.
NOTE: The location of this post has been moved and the thread title (which was previously Wenger is Leaving) has been manipulated by a notorious pro-Wenger moderator. What was previously a message that contained no profanity and made a comment on a real life event has now been manipulated by a deliberately provocative title. An old and crude propaganda and censorship technique.

Could be your running shoes. Hammys don't tend to go for runners as there's no major over-stretching....but if you get trainers that aren't right for your running style, it can cause issues.

I have to by new ones every 6 months

You think running for 10 kilometres is fun?
We have very different ideas about what fun is.

I used to run 5kms pretty much daily, around the Hornchurch/ Upminster loop along the arterial road. Thought I was getting fit. Turns out I was poisoning myself with carbon monoxide. So I took up smoking instead and put my feet up. A much more relaxing and enjoyable way to die.
