Yeah it was before we got Sky so MOTD was my only means of watching any Prem action. Whereas CH4 used to have a live Serie A game every Sunday afternoon which was awesome.
It was a much better league back then because they had all the stars and that drew in the viewers. Shame it doesn't recieve the coverage now and it's rep has also been ruined by the match-fixing scandals.

Inter trying their best to win the title but fucking up. Cant remember what season it was but twas when they had Ronaldo and they fucked up on the last day.
Used to enjoy watching Fiorentina because of Batistuta.
Crazy to think Parma had Buffon, Crespo, Thuram and Cannavaro.
