Yep. The super league that could never happen.It's essentially the infamous super league idea, well the early stages of it anyway.
It would kill domestic competition and eventually there would be a radical new plan to have these top 6 or 7 teams competing in a league together, maybe even have a 2nd tier as well so you could have promotion and relegation.

I don't mind 32, it makes sense with the premier international tournament having 32 teams. Just raise the Europa League prize money UEFA you berks and don't have 100 teams involved.
