QUICK! Talk about their poor upbringings, broken homes, take them into care and send them on trips to the Bahamas, have some luvvie champion their cause on TV, give them money and a new identity. It's the civilised thing to do. And let's face it, provided it's not one of us getting kicked to death we can afford to be charitable, right? We can afford the moral high ground.
They'll put a vicious dog down but a vicious human has rights apparently, despite the body count and scare regard for rights of the victim.
