No, that's why we're in this mess. There were two options on the ballot in 2016, Remain and Leave.
We know what remain is, it's what we have now. Leave, however, was completely undefined. That's how they could get away with saying pretty much whatever they wanted.
Some said we'd stay in the Single MArket, some said we'd leave it. Some said we'd take the Norway option (Farage) some said we'd be like Switzerland.
All of those options are, of course, contradictory. It was impossible to implement.
Any leave option on a new ballot needs to be clearly defined. The only defined deal that's available, or is likely to be available, is May's deal.
