Any half competent opposition would have cleaned up after the mess the Tories have made of the last few years.
As for Farage, any party promising to deliver Brexit immediately is going to get the vote of the racists people who voted to Leave. But he got less than a third of the popular vote. Hardly a ringing confirmation that “the people” still want to leave.
Corbyn wants Brexit I think, but for very different reasons from the Tories. He wants to re-nationalise all the stuff Thatcher sold off and it would be easier outside the EU. He should have stuck to the leave principle as that is what the majority of Labour voters want. Instead he wants to keep all sides happy. I dont know why he bothers. The German railways for instance DBN is a national asset and is among the best in the world. There are some things best left in the private sector and many others such as health and transport that can only be run for the public good. I dont like the look of any of the Tory candidates either most of them look like people who would be happy to be PM if only for a day.
