I’m really not sure where i stand on this one.

The right to peaceful protest is absolutely fundamental in a democracy and that must remain. Over the years there have been plenty of high profile marches in london such as the protest against fox hunting ban, the iraq war and several rejoin/remain in the EU ones. Whether you agree or not with the policy of the march, they were carried out in peaceful ways and that should remain.

Where i have an issue is the idiots like extinction rebellion or insulate britain. That is not peaceful, it impacts peoples lives by stopping them getting to work or as we saw last year, stopped someone getting to hospital when they needed emergency treatment. That clearly is not acceptable no matter how “noble” you think your aims are. I do think those should be banned and strong action taken against those who do block motorways or airports etc.

other examples are the anti lockdown/vaccines lot. If they march along the street against restrictions etc, perfectly fine whether you agree or not. When they start harassing workers at vaccination or testing centres, blocking access or taking equipment as we have seen videos, that is no longer peaceful and should be banned

I think this is a really difficult one. I basically agree with you although I did hear someone point out that the Suffragette movement was disruptive, used tactics like "locking on" and did bring about change.
    So...yeah, it's tricky. Where's the line?

    Exactly

Unfortunately, he has never believed the rules apply to him.

Equally unfortunately, he has been consistently proven correct.

"Asked if he would resign if he was found to have misled MPs, Mr Johnson said: "Let's see what the report says.""

he must know if he's guilty so he shoudl go now - not wait to see if he can get away with it
