The thing is, I don’t understand any of this…..the lying I kind of get even though it’s shamefully transparent
But Johnson clearly had reservations about Pincher, something like “Pincher by name, Pincher by nature”. I don’t get why he does it to himself, he self evidently isn’t stupid but it just feels like his default mode is to look to jump into manure. I wouldn’t mind if he was brave with his brazen attitude but he’s clearly not, he simply seems to have no sense of oncoming danger.

Yeah, I'm always forgetting when I'm told about a colleague sexually abusing people. I guess in the Tory party it happens so much it is hard to keep track.
And I don't know how we got here, it's so dispiriting. Why are any of these people still in a job? Why is there no consequence for this sort of behaviour?
