We won't be able to compete with Bayern if they do go after him but they're pretty stocked in that department so I doubt they'd shell out the dosh for him.
And personally I don't think he's the type of guy who'd go to Chelsea or Citeh - he'll know he'll just end up rotting on the bench there like all the other talented youngsters there. Plus our German contingent should be a factor in play here, he'd feel much more at home here.
Still think we're his first choice destination but Wenger needs to just loosen the purse strings and pay to get his man or boy in this case.
