On a disappointing night....
It is of course dissapointing when you want to win, and we wanted to play our game. But tonight we were short of that. Our passing was not at the level we like, and of course you play against a good side, who are sometimes a little bit clever.
On whether lack of defensive options cost us...
No. It is not always easy to say that. We did not play well in our own game, and that is what cost us the game.
So not your stupidity at having only 6 first team defenders at a club in four competitons...
The solution is not always to buy. If I have no food left, do I buy food in case I am to starve? No. You must first look in the bin to see if there are any vegetable trimmings to eat.
On whether Arsenal can still win the competition...
