Can't respect the guy, especially because of all the stuff he's said and done and the way he's blamed the fans and always had excuses for his failures, he's not a legend to me, his Arsenal career is mediocre given what he's achieved IMO, yes he won a few things early on but that was a long long time ago now.

As for the loyalty, let's be honest here, he never left because he was earning top money, could do whatever he liked and had no pressure on him to deliver success, easy job, earning mega bucks and no repercussions for failure. Anywhere else he would have been out on his ear after a season or two.

Makes me laugh when some fans say he deserves respect, firstly who cares, I'm pretty sure he doesnt. Moreover when has he ever shown any respect for the fans, if anything he's done the opposite, blaming them for his and the teams failure.

He's made a ton of money in a job he's been given free reign, he's been pally pally with the people upstairs and has feathered his own nest, he's done nothing for the fans, look at the club today, a lot of it is his doing, to most fans it's a barely recognisable from the grest club it was before he arrived, he helped turn it into a money making machine whose only goal is to make rich people richer by ripping off the fans.

So yeah, good luck with the respect thing, that boat sailed many a moon ago.

I don't really care either way as long as he leaves the club and never comes back.
