to be fair Liverpool are having a freakish season... no team ever had this many points at this stage of the season. So we should be looking at City instead... we are nearer City than City are to Liverpool. So that's a positive.

Trube but City have already lost 6 games this season so are having a poor season, the real marker is probably somewhere in between, but either way we're still miles off.

I think maybe around 60 points would be a good number right now, on that basis we'd still be about 29 points behind.
