Interesting article by our new fitness guru about the importance of recovery in terms of maintaining a player's fitness over the course of a season.

You can already see some of his techniques being employed in the training camp.



He's not a miracle worker and there will be player injuries next season; that's inevitable but I really am expecting to see significant progress and the situation to be no where near as catastrophic as it's been the past few seasons. Should help us compete on all three fronts this season.
