Wenger in!
NOTE: The location of this post has been moved and the thread title (which was previously Wenger is Leaving) has been manipulated by a notorious pro-Wenger moderator. What was previously a message that contained no profanity and made a comment on a real life event has now been manipulated by a deliberately provocative title. An old and crude propaganda and censorship technique.
Good move on his part. It doesn’t really get any better than what he’s achieved, so it’s best to move on before the inevitable sack that would have come his way the moment they don’t win the CL.
Yeah Sid Lowe mentioned that this was a possibility .... go out on a high preserving his reputation as a RM great both on and off the pitch instead of ruining it when the bad results inevitably come. Wish Wenger did the same thing after the FA Cup win.
I bet Pochettino must be livid now he signed a new contract.
Dare I say it ........... but Wenger? It's not like RM are the type of side that needs heavy coaching & drilling. You just let them go at it ..... by all accounts that's what Zidane did.
Hes one of the names being linked, Perez is a huge admirer and the Real madrid players wont need much coaching or drilling, which makes Wenger ideal.
Wenger at Real Madrid would be funny, a club who are the complete antithesis of who he is.
Who will get Zidane next? Whoever does is lucky he's a top coach!
This would be one of the great comedy moments of modern times and it couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of cunts.
tbf Wenger is an excellent manager. They should go for him. He'd do really well there. He said today he's an ambitious guy and he wants to compete. So that must be true.
And we could pick up some of their lesser cunts in the exodus, so that's another plus.
Für eure Sicherheit
He deserves it. To be honest, I think that he will have the remit set out to him absolutely clearly by Perez.
The question I posed on Captain's thread was whether he is too emotionally scarred, which I think probably is the case.
I was saying Zidane throughout a lot of the season.
Didn't quite expect it in this way though.
