It is a risk with any player. Hopfully he's not that unlucky. But that's why I'm skeptical of all this talk on resale value. It's just not wise for any club to invest that sort of money and think it's as 'safe as houses'. As I was saying to Zim, when you factor in injuries, contract length, how the team is performing, mental state of the player, there is no guarantee the value of a player will hold or rise.
