Heard a pundit talking about that when Laca was being hauled off early. As a striker you do all the hard work to wear the defenders down then can't capitalise on it.

It's not an exaggeration to say he'd be in double figures in the Europa League alone if he'd been allowed to play from the early stages. It would have been great for his confidence.

Auba probably would have gotten 10 in each tie against Ostersund, AC and CSKA.

That lump of shit Elneny is forced off and a young, clam, strong and positive midfielder comes on to dominate the game by taking the ball and distributing it FORWARDS with accuracy and pace. Nothing fancy. Just the basics done very well.

A young kid who has been ruined by Wenger is swapped for a 60 mill quid striker with pace. Immediately Laca looks twice the player now he has support. And Ramsey is freed up to start heavily influencing things on the left and through the centre. Some genuinely wonderful play by Ramsey in that second half. There remains a world class player locked in there, virtually untapped by the hapless Wenger.

It has been obvious what the starting line up should have been since Auba signed. But Wenger tried everything bar the obvious. Assuming the new manager is at least semi-competent our football will be instantly transformed.

And the Zabba foul was a red all day long. Of course it was a goal scoring opp - 2 strikers against the last man? Remember that big debate about the Kos red when the foul was virtually by the corner flag? Zabba was the last man and no other Hammer was getting back. And Joe Hart was in goal FFS! It was a certain goal if not for the foul. Anything fired at Hart is a certain goal.
